How long will my balloons stay inflated?
Standard latex balloons typically last 12-24 hours when filled with helium, while foil balloons can remain buoyant for 5-7 days. Factors like temperature and humidity may affect float times.
Do you ship balloons pre-inflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and prevent damage, all balloons are shipped flat (uninflated). You can have them filled with helium or air at your local party store or by using a personal tank.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated or removed from their original packaging.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, but expedited options are available at checkout if you have an upcoming event deadline.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex and are biodegradable. However, we always recommend disposing of them properly and never releasing them into the environment.
What should I do if my balloons arrive damaged?
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for the damaged goods.
