Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused balloons and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
